These Terms & Conditions set out the general rules governing participation in the HipBet Affiliates programme, including applications, promotional activity, tracking, commissions, payments and account administration.
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 1, 2026
01
Approval
Participation is subject to application review and acceptance into the HipBet Affiliates programme.
02
Performance
Tracking, qualifying activity and agreed commercial terms determine how affiliate performance is assessed.
03
Compliance
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their traffic and promotional activity comply with applicable requirements.
01 / ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the HipBet Affiliates programme. By applying for, accessing or using a HipBet Affiliates partner account, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable campaign-specific conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not apply to, access or participate in the programme.
02 / ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility to Participate
The programme is intended for individuals and organisations capable of entering into a commercial affiliate relationship and lawfully carrying out the relevant promotional activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that participation, your traffic sources and your promotional activity are permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you and the markets you target.
03 / APPLICATION
Application and Approval
Applicants may be asked to provide information about their identity or business, websites, promotional channels, traffic sources, target markets and other information reasonably required to assess an application.
HipBet Affiliates may accept or decline an application based on programme requirements, campaign availability, compliance considerations, traffic profile or other legitimate business factors.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.
04 / PARTNER ACCOUNT
Your Partner Account
You are responsible for keeping your partner account information accurate and for protecting your account credentials against unauthorised access.
- do not share credentials with unauthorised persons;
- keep account and payment details current;
- notify HipBet Affiliates if you believe your account has been compromised;
- provide additional information where reasonably required for programme administration or compliance.
05 / TRAFFIC SOURCES
Traffic Sources
Traffic sources may be subject to review and approval. Partners should accurately disclose the promotional methods and channels they intend to use.
Approval of one traffic source does not automatically mean that all other sources, promotional formats or markets are approved.
Campaign-specific restrictions may apply and should be checked before traffic is launched.
06 / MARKETING
Marketing Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for their promotional activity and must ensure that advertising materials and claims are accurate, lawful and consistent with applicable campaign requirements.
- do not make false or misleading claims about HipBet Affiliates or promoted campaigns;
- do not present yourself as the operator or owner of a promoted brand unless expressly authorised;
- comply with applicable advertising, disclosure and consumer-protection requirements;
- use supplied creative materials in accordance with applicable instructions.
07 / PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
Prohibited Activity
Fraudulent, deceptive, manipulated, unlawful or otherwise prohibited traffic may be rejected and may lead to account restrictions, commission review or termination.
- fake, automated or artificially generated qualifying activity;
- self-referrals where they are not expressly permitted;
- cookie stuffing, forced clicks or misleading redirects;
- unauthorised brand impersonation or trademark misuse;
- traffic generated through illegal, malicious or deceptive methods;
- attempts to interfere with tracking, validation or anti-fraud systems.
08 / TRACKING
Tracking and Attribution
Affiliate activity is generally attributed through tracking methods made available for the relevant campaign or partner account.
Partners are responsible for using tracking links, identifiers and promotional materials correctly. Activity that cannot be reliably attributed may not qualify for commission.
Tracking data may be subject to duplicate checks, fraud review and other reasonable validation procedures.
09 / COMMERCIAL MODELS
Commercial Models
Available commercial arrangements may include Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid or other individually agreed structures.
The availability of a particular model is not guaranteed and may depend on the campaign, market, traffic source, traffic quality and other commercial considerations.
Specific terms agreed for a campaign or partner account take precedence over general marketing descriptions where they differ.
10 / COMMISSION
Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated according to the commercial conditions applicable to the relevant partner account or campaign.
Qualifying events, validation rules, deductions, revenue definitions, chargebacks and other calculation components may vary according to the agreed model.
Invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, cancelled or otherwise non-qualifying activity may be excluded.
11 / PAYMENTS
Affiliate Payments
Payment schedules, methods, currencies, minimum thresholds and verification requirements may depend on the commercial conditions applicable to the partner account.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information and any documentation reasonably required to process a payment.
Payments may be delayed where information is incomplete, qualifying activity requires review or applicable compliance checks remain outstanding.
12 / BRAND ASSETS
Brand Assets and Intellectual Property
Names, logos, trademarks, creative assets, promotional materials and other intellectual property made available through the programme remain the property of their respective owners.
Partners receive only the limited right to use authorised materials for approved promotional activity and in accordance with applicable campaign requirements.
13 / PRIVACY
Privacy and Data Protection
Information relating to applicants, partners and website users may be processed in accordance with the HipBet Affiliates Privacy Policy.
Partners are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, cookie, tracking and direct marketing requirements in connection with their own promotional activity.
Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
14 / SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Suspension and Termination
A partner account or campaign access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where there are reasonable concerns relating to compliance, traffic quality, fraud, programme misuse or material breach of applicable terms.
Campaign availability may also change for commercial, operational, regulatory or market-related reasons.
15 / DISCLAIMER
No Guarantee of Results
Participation in the HipBet Affiliates programme does not guarantee traffic volume, conversions, commission levels, profitability or any particular commercial result.
Performance may be affected by market conditions, campaign availability, traffic quality, user behaviour, operator performance and other factors outside the control of HipBet Affiliates.
16 / LIABILITY
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HipBet Affiliates is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme, third-party services, interrupted tracking, unavailable campaigns or unauthorised account use.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
17 / CHANGES
Changes to the Programme or Terms
HipBet Affiliates may update programme features, campaign availability, commercial conditions or these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, partner account or other appropriate programme communication channels.
18 / GENERAL
General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions may continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Campaign-specific terms, written commercial arrangements and other expressly agreed conditions may supplement these general Terms.
